Our parent company, Westshore Mortgage & Investments Co., Inc., is headquartered in Tampa, Florida USA.  We have been in business and providing excellent customer service to our clients since 1993.  Our attention has focused primarily on conventional mortgage loan origination for real estate located in the state of Florida and commercial loans nationwide. Since then, we have expanded to offer international commercial loans in every country throughout the world.
